Welcome to Year 6!

We will have Computing lessons every Wednesday 1 - 3.

SPRING

As we prepare for high school we will be thinking about our online reputation and how we behave online.  We will have lots of discussion work around self esteem and positive online relationships.

Alan Turing was a World War 2 hero.  His codebreaking helped the Allies to win the war.  We will use Turing’s skills for codebreaking and movie making, using Barefoot Computing resources.

Computing in Year 6

In Year 6 we use iPads and laptops to help us learn about computing. We consolidate our knowledge of Digital Literacy, Computer Science and Information Technology.
